The Food Bank Ministry of Capital Park is a cooperative effort with the Marion County Foodshare and occasional donations from the local area Boy Scout Council. The food is now being delivered to the food bank on Tuesdays in the shiny new Marion County Foodshare truck. When it arrives, volunteers wheel it into the storeroom where Mr. "Lee" and John and Tina and volunteers organize it to the shelves for distribution on Thursday. Families must be registered to receive a food box, and may only participate in the foodshare program once each month.
